Whether old or young, fit or not so fit, fast or slow, everyone is welcome at a Sydney Swimmers training sessions and with multiple sessions available in a number of locations. You’ll be sure to find a session that suits your schedule! Our diverse range of coaching staff is perfect for pool swimmers who are looking to improve their endurance and stamina. Our strong focus on freestyle in our squad sessions is off-set by our with in-depth stroke master classes available for each of the form strokes.

Sydney Swimmers Squads 

Sydney Swimmers’ squad coaches have a diverse range of experience with a strong focus on freestyle, as it is the most efficient and effective way to exercise in the pool. Many swimming ‘groups’ have scheduled evening sessions which can often be difficult to incorporate into your daily life, especially for parents or anyone working a distance from home.

Sydney Swimmers provide a number of squad sessions in the mornings during the week as well as weekend, with the evening sessions available subject to demand. You’ll be able to get the full benefits from your membership.

Masterclasses 

Our Stroke Masterclasses are the most in-depth stroke focused workshops and are perfect for pool swimmers; operating on a fixed-term schedule these workshops delve into every aspect of a stroke and can help even the most advanced swimmers perfect their technique!

Video & Stroke Correction Clinics

Our Video & Stroke Correction Clinics are the most in-depth, technique focused swim classes and are ideal for pool swimmers wanting to reduce their stroke count. Run by Head Coach Paul, you will be filmed above and below the water, your technique will be analysed and provided with training drills to improve your stroke. By the end of the first session, you will have completed sets to help you integrate your new technique into your swim style. These are not one-off programs; our team will tailor a 1 to 5 session program over 16 weeks for you to practice in your own time in order to get the most of your clinics. We also recommend coupling this with Squads.
