There’s nothing like ‘have a chat kick’ at the end of a SwimFit session. Run every Saturday morning, this 60 minute session will help you increase your distance, build your speed, get you swim fit as well as help you learn how to use all the swimming equipment and prepare you for squad. It’s the perfect the way to start the weekend.
Time: 7.30am – 8.30am
Pool: Prince Alfred Park Pool, Surry Hills
