Sydney Swimmers
SwimFit & Squad
Our Founder and Director, Kari Baynes, progressed from Learn to Swim to Masters Swimming, joining a local club and entering in competitions.
This exposure to squad training helped her understand the benefits of swimming for fitness and competition to your overall mental and physical health, and most importantly the connection to a swimming community.
We are delighted to introduce you to Sydney Swimmers, our fitness training community. Different Strokes Swimming offers the entire swimming journey from Learn to Swim, entry level squad, squad, and open water programs.
