Hi Everyone,

We’re into our second week of classes now at the City of Sydney Pools. I can’t tell you how much we enjoy being back teaching and helping non-swimmers become swimmers, and swimmers become even better swimmers. The team and I truly love our work.

As in our previous newsletter we are now certified as a COVIDSafe business. You’ll find more details further in the newsletter about what this means for you and what changes we’ve made to keep, you, the team and everyone else safe.

Many of you know from the emails and past newsletters, we paused all swimmers’ packs and passes from 20th of March until we resumed classes last week. Now that we are back in the majority of City of Sydney pools and at Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre, we hope to see everyone return to class. For those with packs on pause, please note that all unused packs will expire on 30th of September, with the exception of those clients who previously attended Cook and Phillip Aquatic Centre. Packs for clients who took classes or lessons at this facility have until 30th of October to use their packs. Please remember to call the office if need any assistance at all to book classes, or if you wish to convert your classes into a private lesson.

We wanted to share with you the fact that we have assisted nearly 2,600 people on their swimming journey. It is amazing for me to reflect upon. I started this business over five years ago in one pool with one lane and never envisaged the team and I would help so many. It feels like a huge milestone and one worth shouting out!

Keep safe and well. I look forward to seeing you soon, poolside.

As always, yours in swimming,

Kari Baynes
Director
